Close the "SQL Server management studio" if it is opened

1.) Go to "Run" and type this command "%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\100t \Tools\Shell\" and click "OK".

2.) This will open up the folder where this list is stored Now search for the file "SqlStudio.bin" and delete / rename this file.

3.) After deleting, launch the SQL Server management studio and you will not see any of the most recently used servers in the list.
