Today I faced an issue. I added favicon.ico as my web site icon but, it is not displaying on IE browser, but in Firefox “favicon” is displaying. After my half day research in different scenarios, I found the reason, “My icon type was wrong”. I replaced the icon image with another icon, has “Bit depth” of 32 and fixed the issue. |
