Holy Qurbana - 8:30 - 12
Sunday School- 12:30 to 2 PM
Every Sunday, after the Holy Qurbana, the Sunday School runs for an hour and a half, from 12:30 to 2 PM. The first half hour is used for General Session devoted to learning songs and Bible Verses and discussing matters of general interest. Then, individual classes are held.
The Sunday School of our parish is also involved in a combined Orthodox Vacation Bible School (OVBS) for the Long Island - Brooklyn - Queens Area, comprised of 8 parishes. This OVBS is usually held for 3 days towards the end of July in a convenient location.
