Over charging on items
They are not very organised. The shop is congested. Carts cannot pass through and the aisles are very narrow. To make matters worse they overcharge. I was overcharged on one item and then I was charged for an item I did not purchase. They do not answer or return calls so there is no way to make a complain. The receipts are not itemized so we do not know what we are buying. The whole receipt says "Grocery". There is too much talking among themselves at the "till" so the atmosphere is confusing. Like me who lives about 45 minutes away, I did not check my receipt till I got home and found out I was overcharged on one item and charged for an item I did not purchase. It was too late for me. May be my experience will help other shoppers to be more vigilant. This shop looks like it is in some run down part in India. Very disappointed and upset with the whole situation.
